I have met Anthony at George Dells class which I sponsored in Roseville Appraiser Training Center. We've also talked at various times. He's an excellent example of what appraisers should, and can, be. I am impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help others. From what I understand about him he has achieved a lot in the time he's been in the appraisal profession. You can talk with him and he cares on doning the right thing.

Over the past year I have been using Anthony Young Appraisals for various reasons. First and foremost he is a pleasure to work with, always has a good personality with a great attitude. Anthony also makes himself available just about all the time, probably because he works around the clock. Last but not least is the quality and attention to detail of the work that he presents. His appraisals are thorough as I have ever seen. What separates Anthonyâ??s appraisals is the time that goes into his work which is second to none and on top of that itâ??s done in a timely fashion. Itâ??s because of his detail to the little things that I have been able to get loans completed. I use Anthony Young Appraisals now will continue to use him in the future.
