The examples below are demonstrated using Patrick Egger’s 1004MC Automated Workbook for Excel 2003 and 2007. This is the same Excel Template from the 1004MC Problems and Solutions workshop sponsored by Alamode, Inc. 

In response to many requests, the course materials and Excel template are being made available to those that could not attend the workshop. 

This template will include not only the 1004MC trends, it also concludes the 1-4 housing trend information on the first page of the URAR, and the 12 month sales/listing counts and trend for the second page (top) of the URAR.

In the videos below, you can see that it takes me 7-10 minutes to download the data from MLS and fill out the form with the 1004MC AWB template.
